The National Federation of State High School Associations has changed the rule on the number of layersof tape that are allowed on the grip end of the pole. There will be a short approach, 8 steps or less, pole vault meet on December 10th at the Pole VaultCity indoor facility. This early season indoor meet is sanctioned by USATF and a USATF membership is required to participate. USATF memberships are available at USATF memberships.
